HOME INSPECTIONS

HOME INSPECTIONS

A Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process. At All Islands Inspections we know that choosing the right company can be difficult. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the company’s and the individual inspector’s qualifications and effort.

At All Islands Inspections I am formally trained and tested to meet the present requirements of a licensed Florida state home inspector. Our residential home inspection services include single-family homes, multi-family homes, townhouses, duplexes and more.

Commercial

A commercial building is a building or structure located on a parcel of commercial real estate. These buildings are intended to generate profit, either from capital gain or rental income.Commercial buildings are usually divided between five categories: Office Buildings, Retail/ Restaurant, Multifamily Dwellings, Land and Miscellaneous. Buying a commercial building is a big investment. Before a purchase is made, the buyer may want building inspection and report, which provides the information needed to make an informed decision on the property. From roof to foundation, a commercial building inspector will check a building’s health in its entirety. Unlike a home inspection a commercial building inspection will focus more on the buildings integrity and function and less on the cosmetics of a house.
